@Chris_Pinson_ @scottpuryear @kytv This is the exact tone that people are tired of. Reporting the weather is important. Doing so in a sensationalized manner is getting old. "Survive The Storm!" It's obvious keeping people alarmed/scared drives viewership, many are getting numb.

Reporting every weather front as if it is the next Joplin isn’t making anyone safer. It’s made me far less apt to react because warnings aren’t near as concerning as they used to be.
