Cm 20 prep off to a weird start. Long S but speed cards did not lock in at all, no spurt on one, no golds on the other. At least I know my parents are good

Three years ago, not only my life, but the lives of so many Bachibros who have been here since the very beginning, changed forever. Kagurabachi debuted in Weekly Shonen Jump with Chapter 1.

Today, looking back... I can see just how much the series has accomplished. How much it has overcome. It became exactly what everyone said it would become: one of the pillars of Shonen Jump.

As fans, we went through so many things together. From getting digital subscriptions just so we could vote for Kagurabachi in the ToC, to the Bachiflex, buying the original volumes and supporting the series in its early days. The countless polls where we always gathered together to vote for Kagurabachi. The Tsugimanga Awards. Hokazono-sensei's appearances at events...

The volumes selling out in bookstores across Japan. The rankings. Following Shoseki and Oricon. The community. The countless fanarts. The events we organized during break weeks...

And Absolute Hokazono, where we managed to deliver artwork from Bachibros around the comments Hokazono-sensei made in WSJ!

And what about the fear of cancellation that haunted us? The first and only time Kagurabachi ever ranked last in the ToC, when everyone tried to scare us by saying, "It's over. Every series that ranks last gets cancelled."

And here we are, three years later, with an INCREDIBLE anime in production.

On our way to 150 chapters, with nothing but phenomenal chapters, breathtaking artwork, and such an incredible story... all from an author who cares about every single little detail of his work.

I can say this with every ounce of certainty: these three years were worth every single day spent following Kagurabachi.

And many more years are ahead of us. More stories. More works of art. The anime. More manga.

And we'll be here, waiting for all of it.
