Lloyd from Inverness Disc golf introduced the sport to some of our classes today. The pupils enjoyed themselves and hopefully some will pop along to Torvean Park and try out this free sport.

The IHS hosted a Senior boys Scottish Cup Volleyball game yesterday, after an SOS went out to find a venue when the @StromnessAcad ferry to Aberdeen was cancelled due to weather. IHS was more than happy to step in and host the match v @ClevedenSec42 . Cleveden won 2-0

Some of my National Class took on Charleston Academy this evening. Only one player in our team had played a proper game before. The team took a while to gel and grew stronger as the game went on.
