Black people ok let me say some of our people have a huge problem with humility. Thats why you see people that don’t try to build WITH someone that its clear knows more than them on a topic lets use food as an example … if im a chef and i see someone cooking better or with more experience id have no issues asking for advice and supporting their work too. Alot of black people have a default mindset of either an inferiority complex where they feel small or threatened rather than trying to align or collaborate/support. I see it all across the business field and it is killing us. Digital crabs in a bucket we can all try to help each other get better but instead everyone trying to go it alone and be quite disingenuos.
Thats why ive got so much respect especially for @TheEmanEffectUK@Bola_Sol@savvywallet1@mrmoneyjar@PattyOLovesU@TC_MBE Lamide Elizabeth @BrickzwithTipz@PokuBanks@DwainReid @wolfofbrixton @funkomi to name a few I could go on
Their energy is 100 from day 1 learnt so much from each other being a part of Stock Pickers and intentional in supporting the mission and trusting each others knowledge .. I hope it gets better but its refreshing to see there is hope

Good people sometimes do bad things; but this doesn't necessarily make them bad people.
If there's someone in your life that's wronged you, especially if it's someone you love -
Condemn the sin, forgive the sinner, and then move on.
We all fall short.
Pay very close attention to the people in your life who support you, wish you well, and go out of their way to show you love when things are going well for you. These are your people
When things are going well for them, be ready to give them that same energy too

On a near weekly basis I am reminded on this app that I, and millions of people who look like me don't belong here, and this sort of rhetoric has a direct negative impact on my life
Sir Jim, please pick up a book
Sir Jim Ratcliffe has this week said that the UK is being 'colonised' by immigrants. These comments are divisive and wrong
And when I hear stuff like this I always wonder whether it applies to people like me
Create a country with a manageable cost of living, a growing economy, and a future people can get excited about, and guess what?
People become optimistic and feel stable enough to start families, thus reducing the need for workers from elsewhere
