An update on this complaint. MCD have responded saying the dogs were found to be sterilized. But i think Supreme Court order states that stray dogs should be removed from bus stops railway station etc even if they are sterilized and vaccinated. I am exploring legal options and next steps.

इंदौर में आवारा कुत्ते का आतंक, 40 से ज्यादा लोग घायल

सांवेर रोड स्थित अरविंदो अस्पताल के आसपास के इलाके में एक आवारा कुत्ते के हमले से हड़कंप मच गया।

बताया जा रहा है कि कुत्ते ने 42 लोगों को काटकर घायल कर दिया।

घायलों में डॉक्टर, नर्स, मेडिकल छात्र और स्थानीय निवासी भी शामिल हैं। घटना के बाद क्षेत्र में डर और चिंता का माहौल बना हुआ है।

फिलहाल नगर निगम और पशु कल्याण से जुड़ी टीमें हमलावर कुत्ते की तलाश में जुटी हैं। प्रशासन लोगों से सतर्क रहने की अपील कर रहा है।

मध्य प्रदेश के इंदौर में एक आवारा कुत्ते ने करीब 10 घंटे तक आतंक मचाते हुए 42 लोगों को घायल कर दिया। सांवेर रोड स्थित अरविंदो अस्पताल और आसपास के इलाकों में कुत्ते ने राह चलते लोगों पर हमला किया। घायलों में 16 लोगों को गंभीर चोटों के कारण अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है। घटना का सीसीटीवी फुटेज भी सामने आया है।

Lonely, depresses and human haters feeds stray dogs in the residential societies and takes no responsibility of the stray dog attacks on the kids.

If you resist or stop them, they call their gang members and organize protests!

99% of Flat Owners signed written complaints to remove stray dogs from near our School & Playgrounds after repeated dog-bite cases involving children.

10+ complaints sent to DC, SDM, Chief Secretary & Municipality with pictures, medical incidents and even Supreme Court directions cited.

Result? SILENCE.

Why are authorities scared to act against a handful of well-funded Dog Lobby groups while children live in fear inside their own society?

Children deserve safe schools and playgrounds — not daily fear of stray dog attacks.

More than a dozen people including a child were attacked and bitten by a #StrayDog in Shahganj town of Jaunpur in UP.
In March this year, 59-year-old Krishna Murari Singh from Kopa village near Shahganj town died after being bitten on the nose by a dog even after receiving all three doses of rabies vaccine. More than 1 Lakh people were bitten by Stray Dogs in the district in last two years. Number of Dog Bite cases is alarmingly high in states of UP, Punjab, Delhi/NCR, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Maharashtra.

Dogs CAN BE cleared from an area. They cannot stay on indefinitely unless feeders take them in their home or find an adoptive home.

महाराष्ट्र: जनगणना ड्यूटी पर तैनात शिक्षक समेत 14 लोगों को कुत्ते ने काटा

महाराष्ट्र के बीड जिले के लाहुरी गांव में एक पागल कुत्ते ने दो दिनों में शिक्षक समेत 14 लोगों को काट लिया, जिससे गांव में दहशत फैल गई. घायलों को पहले कैज उप-जिला अस्पताल और बाद में अंबाजोगाई के ग्रामीण अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया. जनगणना ड्यूटी पर पहुंचे शिक्षक मंगेश सोनके इस हमले के पहले शिकार बने. कुत्ता गांव में घूम-घूमकर लोगों पर हमला करता रहा. बाद में ग्रामीणों ने उसे घेरकर डंडों से पीट-पीटकर मार डाला. स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने सभी को एंटी-रेबीज उपचार दिया है.
