Started training for our walking marathon today! A half marathon around Devon seemed the perfect way to start! Beautiful views π Any donations would be so gratefully received - all funds going to a great cause! https://t.co/T0AxQCZTPg
There's a phenomenon I actually see extremely commonly when literature is used to teach history to middle school and high school students. Let's call it "pajamafication."
Today we are celebrating positive mental health β¨ through #HelloYellow

If you mentor a new teacher next year, letting them observe others/ be observed is important. But also focus on Operational (routines, procedures, time management) & Interpersonal (classroom discipline/leadership, relationship building) skills to help ensure a successful year.
On the first day of the Battle of the Somme, #OnThisDay in 1916, the British suffered 57,000 casualties, of whom 19,000 were killed.
There would be as many as 1.2 million British, French and German casualties by the time the battle ended, on 18 November.
