Without a Vision, we end up asking ourselves, what are we doing? where are we going? why does it matter?

Vision are meant to inspire people, give us a sense of alignment and direction for the future.

For the last few years.....about 4-5years we have had very stable power supply. That is, you would stay for months without an outage!
