@amybebbs1. This lady inspired me to sing when I was in primary school. Who’d have known that I would have performed in the ABCD choir at Chester Cathedral. It’s rich experiences, such as these, that stay with children.

@PrimaryCoHead Verry little. I was previously a marketing manager for a leisure brand that included soft play. £100k+VAT for an average toddler and junior structure. We spent £4K+VAT on furniture. That’s without flooring, insurance, maintenance, cleaning, inspections, staffing and H&S!

@redgierob Yes, wrong to say ‘hit’, but I meant that structure would benefit those schools who have say 161 on roll over 7 classes despite 210 capacity as would need 6 accounts instead of 7. Whilst those who have 18 classes of 30, would pay their fair share. Pros and cons to any structure.

@redgierob Can you not use a school lookup wizard using the DfE school establishment list, and use a formula (the No. of Pupils ➗ 30/31? This way, your pricing doesn’t hit those small schools in the same way. You could have a ‘cannot find your school’ option that requires manual checks.

@JamieECT @MrTs_NQTs Don’t give up or feel disheartened. I applied for 10+ last jobs last summer and was unsuccessful and decided to leave it another year. This year, I got the job from my first application and interview of the year 👀. Things happen at the right time!
