PHS held their annual Colombia Day, organized by Señor Navarro. Spanish students prepared for weeks in advance- practicing their skits, dances, music, and verbal Spanish skills to prepare their presentations. Buen trabajo!
@NefflynB Qué problema con la clínica de inseminación. Mínimo se confundieron de muestra. Pues ni modo, seremos padres. A ese error es que te refieres. Porque en otro sentido, serían decisiones no errores

Students in Spanish 2 worked on a unit about descriptions, likes, and dislikes. They made a creative museum where they talked about their personality and shared what they like and don’t like.

@AdrianaVeterin Yo entré el 6 de enero y fue exactamente el mismo procedimiento. ¿Es que tú crees que te bajas del avión, pasas migración, recoges la maleta y ya sales? Mor, un GPS para que te ubiques
A beautiful celebration of #CulturalExchange! 🇨🇴 Ambassador Teacher Mr. Navarro and his Spanish class brought the folkloric, musical, and literary treasures of Colombia to life with their presentation of "Colombia Tierra Querida." Amazing work by all—this is what #UnitingOurWorld is all about! 🌟 @MrNavarroClass@ECAatState

As part of language learning, engaging with culture and authentic content is essential. In Spanish III, students explored the advantages and disadvantages of social media, participating in discussions in both English and Spanish with students from Colombia.

Mr. Navarro's Spanish II students are learning about places in town and what they can buy there. They designed their own mall with different stores and restaurants within the mall. Spanish I students are learning about free time activities and designing & writing a diamond poem.
Daily routine and reflexive verbs.
My Spanish II students wrote about their typical day.
This is the first mini task for the big project.
I can’t be happier with this!
