@owenjonesjourno @GazzaFox1980 Only for a few seconds Owen. Also tasers are not 100% effective even when they hit their target perfectly. It only takes one swing of a knife and the officer is not going home to their family. Can you suggest a better way?

@owenjonesjourno Its to disorientate the attacker and allow them to safely restrain the arms hands without putting themselves at risk of getting stabbed which unlike the movies can happen really quickly when your faced with someone who is manic and clearly capable of doing so.
