@AskCiti This is not an Eugene specific problem. I wish it was. It's your app's broken problem. Give me the number to your app developer, I'll explain it to them, unfortunately your Technical support team isn't going to help me. As I said before, this problem has survived multiple phones.

@Citi, fix Zelle portion of your app. The fact that I have to press the wait button 20+ times to just zelle is fucking insane. It's been more than a year, maybe two, with this fucking app being broken, and it's ridiculous. You have the money. Address the issue asap.

@AskCiti I've tried everything in the playbook. Your app is broken. I would not tweet just a frustrated tweet if I hadn't done my due diligence. I am not the only one experiencing this. I heard from many people that this is the situation. It has followed me from multiple phone upgrades.
