-Streamers make money from Subs/Donos/Bits and from keeping people engaged with their channel. Most of them don't give a shit about their gear, the game or anything else. they are playing the game as a side piece to the stream, which is interaction with chat and notifications

-Why would he need be using any kind of software "because he lost sight of him" can clearly hear where the other player is the entire time.
-In the clip he planning to drop a distance he know will break or black his leg(s) so he is making sure he is still on painkiller.
