This company is a frightening example of customer service, despite months of effort over billing discrepancies, still no resolution in sight.
The only department that communicates is billing, their role limited to the collection of payment.
Customer Retention acts with blatant disregard for even maintaining consistent communication.
IF you have ANY other option besides @comcastbusiness I implore you to take it.
