【新作の特徴】
一般的にはほとんど濃口醤油で作られている冷やし醤油ラーメン。あえて薄口醤油にこだわり、冷たい鰹出汁をタレにも加え、香りと旨味のバランスが絶妙に。

店主も「すごくおいしい」と納得の一品です。これを味わえる5/15のイベントでは店主に直接聞きたいことを聞ける貴重な時間も🍜
