1. It can massively scale at very little cost
2. It’s evergreen (set and forget)
3. Works well with IaC
4. It’s unbelievably cheap

(my one was `import * as X from Y` can break runtime)

Wider problem is that there are a lot of vite issues that appear at runtime, but don't appear at build time.
