Yesterday I was travelling in train (12981). And early morning around 5:30 I arrived at my station. After reaching home I find my self without keys which were forgotten on my seat. I instantly registered my complaint on 139 @RailMadad portal and within an hour they found my keys.

Assistant Sub Inspector Mr Amit Kumar (RPF Himmatnagar Junction) was a very big help in it. And he also makes sure that I get my keys on my station. If there is any biggest reward I can provide him then I’m damn sure I give it to him but he politely denied. @RailMadad

@meashokk @Megha_aka_Rain @RNTata2000 @TataMotors Yes. Have some basic parameters on priority like safety, Build quality and cost efficiency. Don’t fall for the features and bigger sunroof. It will last only couple pf years only. At the end your car’s build quality and engine will matter.

That is what I have done. It’s people who make you feel bad about service experience not the whole company. And nobody paids no one for these.😂

I have also completed 1L killometer just after my wedding and I’m also a proud owner of Tata. My next every car will be from Tata only and I’m eagerly waiting for the Tata Curvv Ev to be launched.
