I don’t care if it’s a friend or stranger. They need to be put in their place. You may not change the evil in a racist’s heart, but at least make them feel like they’re in the minority. Make them feel like there’s way more good people out there than bad.

Nighthawks. This seems like a good time to make something clear. If you hear somebody make a racist remark (at school or wherever) you have to call them out. Don’t hope somebody else does it. Denounce it and remind them that racism (and all forms of hate) has no place here.
