@jedschmidt We got another recommendation for Sissy’s so we’ll have to try it out! I also really want to stop by First Draft, but we are traveling with a one year old, so we’ll see how practical that is 😄
What a good layout for an online conference by @yougotthisconf. I love the live transcription below and the extra resources on the right. It helps differentiate this conference experience from just watching videos.

We're super happy to announce #YouGotThisConf: From Home on June 6. A free, one-day, and totally online core skills conference. If you register now we'll also send you stickers from the event! https://t.co/zQhYHLLOmO
You can still expect 8 amazing speakers on a range of topics!
The latest issue of Tabletop Micdrop came out today, and it's got some great stuff! https://t.co/zOY5dB9cco It's also worth checking out the list of supporters at the end, because I recognize almost all of them as creators in other great podcasts.
@KeithJCarberry I really love Melissa Clark’s pressure cooker pork with citrus and mint and it usually makes enough broth for about a quart of beans. The Fiesta beans from the cookbook Pescan is cooked with half an orange and has a similarity delightful citrus note.
@KeithJCarberry I’m listening to an old clap cast where you are talking about soup. I like to cook black beans in my left over pulled pork broth, and they are magnificent!
I think it's worth noting how often I go on Amazon to find photos of my previous purchases just so I can resell those largely unused items on Craig's List.
