@virginmedia Can't believe a brand like @virginmedia has over 4.5hrs (and counting) of wait time to just letting you know that I am moving home, you do not service my new address and hence want to cancel the contract.
@virginmedia And tried messaging that number, but have received this response: "Your message was not delivered because you already have an open conversation with this brand on a different channel. Sorry for the inconvenience."
