First they stop you from selling your maize to Tanzania or Congo, so that the only option for you is the domestic market.

Then when you supply to FRA in August, they take up to April the following year to pay you.

You won't even have the money to fund your new farming season.

I just don't agree with the idea of taking so long to pay people whole toiled whole year to produce crop.
That is mad business.

@damweembs I think private citizens and enterprises growing crop without FISP should be allowed to look for markets anywhere, both domestic and foreign.
It isn't their duty to keep the country food secure.
