🚨Ok I’m going to give you what I can from SC
Lots of crazy stuff right now
Talked to a former staff member early word is massive heart attack. Has had blood pressure issues since 40’s. I’m told
Behind the scenes politically in SC is bedlam. I’ve been on the phone all night.
Lots of names are being thrown around in circles. I’ve not talked to these people personally
Mark lynch who ran Agaist Lindsey.
Nancy Mace
John Warren ran for Govenor 2024
Andre Bauer former Lt Gov
Lt Gov currently Pam Evette who just lost to AG to replace McMaster as governor
I’m sure more will come out.
Those Gov and Trump like for appointment
Bauer
Evette
Mace
These are guesses.
I’m sure Trump will have a huge say as to who McMaster appoints
Gov McMaster will appoint the seat and then a special election for a new primary then general election.
The time table will be set by Gov after mourning has taken place. But no (real) time table because we are over a 100 before general election . However even after someone is appointed a special election primary will take place. As will a special general election
These are early real discussions in SC because all of you will wake up to crazy shit. ✊🏾 again this is from convos had tonight and what’s being thrown around.
Regardless we should pray for Lindsey’s family and staff and supporters.
We play with our heads. They play by feel. Until we fully embrace soccer as a nation and open it up to people with lesser means we will never be in the top tier of this sport. But MAN were the vibes HIGH. 7/10.
This match just proves how far behind we are as a nation. Proud if us for winning our group AND a knockout match but now we’ve hit a plateau. Second WC in a row we’ve bounced out in the round of 16.
Isaiah Rashad released his new album two months ago.
He’s still promoting it.
Even if you don’t have the pull or connections to land an invite onto a notable podcast, marketing can’t end the same week the music drops.
If you believe in it, continue to share it with the world.
The Story of NIL.
What could have been a good opportunity turned sour. Quick. Too many bad faith players got involved on the onset, found a grey area and built the model on “collectives”. No Branding, Marketing or real business principles. So it began to Feel like pay for play.
Then businesses started evaluating the true value of NIL to their business objectives (dollars and cents), and it unfortunately didn’t create the ROI they hoped for. Outside of a few, most paying adults aren’t making purchasing decisions on a college kid being the face of a campaign.
There were a handful of exceptions but the only way was to move to Rev share based model. Where the company(the institutions) pay their players directly because the real business impact happens on the institutional and conference level.
