Great to finally meet @BCCRS Life Member & Retired @MCFRS Battalion Chief Jim Resnick. Chief Resnick’s exemplary dedication, which began over four decades ago @BCCRS, continues to make Montgomery County safer. Today, he rode as the Officer In Charge of the BCCRS’s Rescue Squad.
“Every time we think we have it, the world says ‘hold my beer’….We used to have 30 minutes to flashover. Then it became 3-4 minutes. Now, with some of the new technologies, it’s 30 seconds.” @FSRI_org’s Steve Kerber

Exciting to see the training course from the Search and Rescue project come to life. It's been great working with @MrStakesK and the project technical panel (https://t.co/8MqQlQRQUs) throughout this study to provide functional research to the fire service!
Instruction provided by Ray McCormack, Todd Edwards, Steve Florian, Daryl Liggins, Steve Robertson, Erich Roden, Kyle Romagus, Anthony Rowett and Keith Stakes @FDICevent@fireengineering
Can you say Cadre?
Some days suck. Five years ago this morning (1/6) we lost a wonderful friend and fireman while serving. Please say a prayer for his soul and keep Matt and his family and loved ones in your heart.

Thanks to @CFTactics for having @MrStakesK present our research and tactical considerations for multi-family dwelling fires today during the 10th High-Rise Operations Conference. #HROC2022 Take a deeper dive through our training at https://t.co/f2QiGboGUJ!
Tremendous training & public educational video from a fire this morning in the #FDNY - in the Bronx.
Fire on the 7th floor of an 18 story multiple dwelling - I spoke to the 1st Engine officer (E-68) they opened the line on the “black fire” you see in the video - great move.
