The thing about this is we do not know what the problem is.. I would offer to go in and have a look, if it not my fault I will charge you heavy hourly rate.. if it’s my fault, I fix totally free of charge and paid immediately after it is fixed..

Same client called me again, she said her kitchen electrics had stopped working.. I had done some work in there over 6 months ago but I offer warranty on all my work because I am confident in what I do.. long story she had a faulty kettle.. it’s not always the builders fault..
