@andrewjordank@kingofthehill My thoughts exactly. Wonder what Hank would think about marinating his steak in Alamo Beer overnight. It’s crazy, but it might just work.
@sanegrain It really seems to me like it depends on the family farming situation. Smaller scale operations probably need the kids to start farming fresh out of school to give them time to build the business while larger scale operations can afford to send the kids to college.
@sanegrain You know, I think a lot of farm kids would probably benefit from doing some sort of vocational program (like welding) that would give them skills they can use on and off the farm AND have a backup in case farming doesn’t work out.
@Empty_America Where are you getting that new home prices are about the same everywhere? I get that material and labor is probably roughly equal, but land prices are the biggest factor in new home price, no? I see big differences in new home prices across the US.
@rebl4311@SlycedBread Oh I am just kidding around. Sometimes I do struggle with Zard Y, but I like running Sand Teams so I don’t struggle too much. Honestly I struggle with Garchomp more.
@Anokataxs Yeah I’m not buying it. These voters are the ones who say they’ll vote for someone but end up staying home on Election Day. Don’t rely on bringing nonvoters in to win an election.
@TownsUsa So basically the entire South is growing except the areas along the Mississippi. I just don’t understand why the big river cities can’t leverage their positions for economic development anymore. Surely river shipping is still viable.
