This is Todd Blanche’s corrupt Justice Department.
Dozens upon dozens of ignored oversight requests. This is EVERY SINGLE ONE.
He only believes in answering to Trump… not Congress… and not YOU.
Reality Check:
One of the biggest myths about the 2020 election isn't whether the allegations existed.
It's that they were never tested.
Many of the highest-profile claims ended up exactly where they're supposed to: in court.
Since then we've seen:
• Fox pay Dominion $787.5 million.
• Giuliani held liable for defaming Georgia election workers.
• Sidney Powell's legal defense argue no reasonable person would treat her claims as statements of fact.
• Gateway Pundit retract its fraud claims.
• "2000 Mules" pulled after its central accusation collapsed.
• Smartmatic reach settlements with OANN and Newsmax.
The narrative kept changing.
The court record kept growing.
Those aren't opinions.
They're part of the historical record.
🚨🚨🚨This is exactly how Fox and right-wing influencers like DC_Draino lie to you, the same network that agreed to pay $787.5 million for lying about the 2020 election.
Mamdani wasn't mayor in 2022. He took office in January 2026. The figure you're citing is 4 years before he became mayor.
Cornell research and NY State migration data show the people actually leaving NYC are working and middle-class residents priced out by housing costs, not billionaires fleeing tax hikes. STOP LYING to the American people.
High taxes aren’t causing rich New Yorkers to flee, study says

The Trump administration has directly spent $2.7 billion of taxpayer money on its crusade against wind power while pouring $1.1 billion into boosting coal, which critics say is pushing up Americans’ bills. https://t.co/7h1eVBq1op
This is extremely grim news, and confirms that the US is aligning with Putin's "sistema" approach of advancing far-right allies throughout Europe and in the US.
In short: pay your allies; marginalize and persecute your enemies.
How frustrated are states with these Dept of Justice requests for voter rolls & the litigation that follows?
Well, the Idaho Attorney General’s office sent this blunt letter to Justice Dept suggesting that they “stop threatening their friends in Idaho” & cease communication.
Just days after calling Democrats "Communists," Donald Trump asks Congress for $350 million to combat "Communism within our shores."
I would like to remind you that the poem starts, "First they came for the Communists."
The problem is not that we are overusing the word "fascist." The problem is that too many are ignoring the warnings.
Did you catch this? Last week, U.S. Sen. Marsha Blackburn told a Memphis reporter that the $30 million state incentives package for Starbucks would be recouped in six months through payroll taxes.
FACT CHECK: Tennessee does NOT have payroll/income taxes.
Schiff: How is this even happening—that we’re contemplating the confirmation of this guy? The judge, in that decision on Monday, referred Blanche, basically, to the New York Bar Association because of his conduct.
How is it possible that, after being referred to the bar association for potential discipline on Monday, we’re contemplating this guy for attorney general on Wednesday?
There were 6 cases filed in Georgia courts on behalf of Trump's election fraud claims. 5 of those cases were withdrawn voluntarily by Trump's lawyers rather than submit evidence to the court. The 6th case failed on the merits because of a lack of evidence.
For anyone excited by the latest (rehashed) fan fiction that Maduro helped rig tabulators for the 2020 election...
A reminder that Georgia has paper ballots.
You can't hack paper.
And it counted those paper ballots 3 times. Once by hand.
Each count yielded the same result.
@marceelias@hummingbird1951 Trump’s lawsuit didn’t just lose. It earned an “improper purpose” label and a recommendation for attorney discipline. That’s a legal faceplant.
🚨🚨🚨 I’ve been filming the rise of MAGA for 10 years. I ask them two things. Why do you love him, and where do you get your news? It’s a feedback loop of disinformation and cognitive dissonance.
Is it starting to make sense now?
🚨This is exactly how ICE agents create the very situations they later use to justify murdering citizens.
In the video, they box in the vehicle of a U.S. citizen. They approach with guns already drawn, and try to open her car door… while repeatedly ordering her to unlock it, and ignoring anything she says.
And notice how they don’t identify themselves. They don’t explain why she’s being detained. They don’t tell her what crime they suspect her of committing.
To the person inside the car, it’s just a group of masked, armed men surrounding her vehicle and trying to force their way in.
That’s how panic starts.
And when people panic, move their car, or try to get away from what they reasonably perceive as a violent threat, ICE agents open fire, and later claim the vehicle was “used as a weapon.”
Law enforcement cannot detain people without legal justification. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures, and officers are expected to clearly communicate their authority, and the basis for their actions.
They are supposed to de-escalate situations.
Instead, they use tactics to create fear and confusion… making it more likely someone will panic, and easier for agents to claim deadly force was necessary, while they violate the person’s constitutional rights.
When these tactics become standard practice, accountability becomes nonexistent.
When it happens, please remember that those of us who published lengthy books about January 6 explicitly said that month—and every month after—that the Insurrection never ended and Trump would eventually move to end our democracy permanently.
We've been saying it for five years.
There's a very common playbook that leaders use when they fear that they or their party are going to lose an election. So, here are some of the steps in that authoritarian playbook that you should look out for:
1⃣ Install loyalists to key positions around the elections. The president, unlike his first term, has really put in deep loyalists across the government; in the attorney general’s office, in charge of elections and election security. Putting in people who are more loyal to him than they are to the Constitution and who will do whatever he says.
2⃣ Sow doubt in our election system. The president has been doing this since 2020. He’s talking falsely about how our elections were rigged in 2020. He’s been talking about how the elections we just had in Los Angeles were rigged. He said in the State of the Union this year that if he and his party don't win in November, then the 2026 are rigged. The president has come out against mail-in voting and absentee voting. The president is already starting to do this by suing states across the country, including Michigan, for their voter rolls. He has particularly taken a sharp look at the city of Detroit and in Wayne County. This is all part of a bigger play to sow doubt into the efficacy of our elections.
3⃣ Suggest that there is a crisis threatening our elections. This is all about amping up the stories and the coverage and the tweets about how we are actually in an emergency. That our elections are so unsafe, so problematic, that the president has to declare some sort of emergency.
4⃣ Respond to the perceived threat. Once you've created an emergency and you’ve said our elections are under threat, now the head of state has to respond to that emergency. Maybe they send the uniform military; maybe they send the federal law enforcement; maybe they feel the need to be on location at polling places. Maybe now they are seizing ballots and voting machines.
5⃣ If none of that works and the elections don't go the way of the leader, completely question the results. Sue to try and have them overturned. We lived through this in 2020, and as someone who, on January 6, barricaded herself in her own office, we’ve seen that President Trump does not accept the results of elections that he loses.
So Donald Trump's primetime address is about foreign infiltration in the 2020 election.
Funny... he was the president in 2020. If foreign infiltration happened on his watch, that's an admission of his own failure.
AOC: I said this a couple of weeks ago: I would not be surprised if, when ICE funding started up again, we would start to see more civilian deaths at the hands of ICE. And that’s exactly what has happened.
When you open the trenches with all of this money that Republicans have now funneled to ICE without any oversight, you’re going to see abuses of power. That’s exactly what’s happening.
Notice that we didn’t see things like this happening with the same degree of regularity when we froze ICE funding. And now that it’s been opened up again, we’re seeing multiple incidents.
This is not a gray area. Trump is running the government for the private enrichment of his own family, in the open, while the guardrails that used to catch this are dismantled one by one.
Trump’s sons have poured money into more than a dozen defense tech companies. Most of those bets were placed after their father won a second term. Those same companies have since pulled in billions in government business, and the Pentagon they now depend on answers to the man whose last name they share.
Either we end the corruption or the corruption ends us. There is no version where we look away and the country stays intact.
Where is the outrage from my Republican colleagues? The ones who spent years lecturing this country about corruption and the swamp. Wake up!
https://t.co/jzVDi9iCV0
Doesn’t work like that.
First off, there was no fraud, but you seized the ballots and the paper back ups to make sure no one could question it.
Second, the constitution has no way to nullify a swearing in. Only peer expulsion.
Third, this sudden “announcement” is when Trump is down by two Senators and desperate to pass a bill.
Lastly, Trump had 64 court cases to try and litigate the election, including in Georgia.
No case turned up any evidence, including after an audit of these ballots.
Trump’s own lawyers and advocates then admitted to making up the conspiracy about this county, and were charged for it.
Part of the court evidence included their own email records of coming up with the plot.
