@EdLdshpMSUM A4- I will use information about my strengths and weaknesses to help me build a strong team. That team will have strengths in areas where I have weakness. With a solid team, delegation of tasks will be important to make sure everyone is working in an area of strength. #ED634
@EdLdshpMSUM A3- My biggest takeaway from the Strengths Based Leadership Assessment was a solid understanding of the strengths I have, as well as areas of weakness. This assessment also validated my strong beliefs in some of the strengths that I have. #ED634
@EdLdshpMSUM Recognizing the weaknesses you have begins the process of growth. The blog has many great points on the topic. # ED634 https://t.co/yCP2OUUf2R
@EdLdshpMSUM A2- It’s important to work on both strengths and weaknesses. By working on strengths, you might turn a strength into something you’re the best at. By working on a weakness, you can improve in that area, and gain a better understanding of the people who excel in that area. #ED634
@EdLdshpMSUM A1- It’s always important to lead by using your strengths as a school leader. This allows you to lead as your true self and not imitate another leader. This will inspire others to focus on using their strengths rather than stressing about their weaknesses. #ED634
I can think of so many great John Wooden quotes. I believe that this quote shows what many teachers love to see out of their school's leadership team. #ed634
I see this often in class. Definitely pros and cons to fidgets and fidget use. I wonder if school leadership will be faced with tough policy decisions regarding them? #ed634
This is not scientific or research based, but I think the explosion of fidgets have made kids more fidgety. Doing the opposite of their intention. My daughter can’t operate w/out one. They are a huge double edged sword. Curious your thoughts👇
