Well done to all the students whoβve already made a great start to their examinations - language orals, Fine Art and Textile. Good luck to all who will be starting their GCSE and AS written exams next week @Cotswold_School
The hard work will be worth it.
Year 8 mini EPQ evening @Cotswold_School was an absolute treat. Greek mythology to lip balm, Rocket Science to camouflage, robotics to fashion. So many of our fantastic pupils chosing to take on a topic of interest and turn it into an extended project. Well done to all involved.
Such a positive Year 11 parents evening. So many great stories of pupils really stepping up their efforts and getting themselves in the very best shape for their summer examination series. Thanks to all our wonderful staff and supportive parents - it really is a great team effort
Huge thanks to @AdamHenson for opening our wonderful new Sixth Form Centre today. Lovely to see so many students, governors, staff ( past and present) there to celebrate the occasion.
Congratulations to JJ Gee on being selected to play rugby for Switzerland in their upcoming match against Belgium. A product of @Cotswold_School, @StowRFC and Gloucester developing players programme. I'm personally doing some research to see if he has any Welsh heritage!
Wishing everyone a great half term. It's been a busy time for us @Cotswold_School as you can see from our latest Newsletter:

We also wish a safe journey and fantastic experience to 44 students and staff who as I write are winging their way to New York.
Delighted to hear that Beth Gabriel has been selected for the Under 17 England Netball squad for a tournament in Ireland in March. The commitment that she has put into her sporting excellence for so many years has clearly paid off. Congratulations to Beth and her family.
So proud to hear that Lucy Hepburn has been chosen to play No 9 for England U15 Football in Switzerland in half term. I remember seeing her in Y7 at lunchtime running rings around the older pupils. We knew then what a star we had Iβm delighted to see her hard work has paid off.
