As of 5 pm, Philadelphia's precip total for 2018 was 41.18 inches. The annual normal for the city is 41.53 inches. If the annual normal is not exceeded tonight, it likely will be on Mon night. PHL will already have a year's worth of rain with 3 months left to go in 2018. #pawx
