Academy Trust CEO pay is out of control.

💷 Some are earning over £500,000 a year - in publicly funded education.
This cannot be justified while schools struggle for resources.

It’s time for a CEO pay spine and a pay cap.

We need money spent on classrooms not boardrooms.

@MBDscience When staff are off regularly or have a high absence rate or are ill a lot, there is always concern for the staff member and always concern for the students. There’s rarely any concern for the pressure and stress this often puts on the rest of a department and TLR holders…
