@Metrobank What makes this more concerning is that many other customers reportedly experienced the same issue yesterday. This clearly points to negligence and poor communication. I hope @Metrobank resolves this immediately and improves how it handles urgent customer concerns.

I’m frustrated with my ATM experience with @Metrobank. Yesterday, I tried to withdraw money at one branch, but the ATM timed out and released my card. At another branch, the machine said the amount exceeded my available balance. Please help clarify and resolve this.

@Metrobank I went to a branch this morning hoping this would be resolved, but instead, I was asked to file a dispute letter and wait 24 hours. I needed that cash immediately. This was not my fault, and customers should not have to suffer because of an ATM or system error.

I was invited to be one of the judges for paper presentations. It was nice to see friends and colleagues from UP AC. I'm also proud the see one of my former students and thesis mentee in FEU IS winning the 2nd Best Poster presenter. 🙂
