@qatarairways very disappointed with the service, booked business class tickets and was denied lounge access in heathrow airport, spent alot of money booking these tickets and get this sort of service, and to make things worse the flight os delayed
@qatarairways At the lounge desk we get told we booked business lite and that doesn’t have lounge access, we have no idea what business lite is we booked regular business class tickets direct through qatar airways.
@qatarairways Hi, this can be rectified by allowing us the lounge access that comes with business class. We pay good hard earned money to travel business class and then get denied at the lounge desk, very very disappointed
@VodafoneUK very disappointed with Vodafone, was recommended by a friend to change my broadband to Vodafone and it has been nearly 2 months since my installation and i still have no broadband connection. Every time i call i get told you will get an update soon. Wish i hadn’t
@qrsupport Hi, i have been waiting for a monetary refund from Qatar airways for a while now, i was told when i cancelled my tickets that i will receive a full monetary refund within 28 days, Every time i call they make different excuses. This is very poor service from Qatar Airwa

@etihad Absolutely disgusted by etihads return policy, booked 2 tickets from Hong Kong to Islamabad but couldn’t fly due to the Pandemic, they have refunded me a voucher which states i can only use it if i fly from the original country i was departing from which is Hong Kong.

@santanderuk By far the worst bank in the uk, absolute useless banking staff and bank itself, especially the Coventry branch. Will be telling everyone to avoid at any cost. Only want to take your money not give it back.
@qatarairways 3rd time travelling with qatar in as many months and all 3 times have been delays 😔, some complimentary business class seats would be nice for the loyalty and continues delays.
