@DaviesEltom@WestJet We had a similar experience coming back from NYC. My brother the same coming home from Mexico. My brother said it was no ground crews available as people were sick.
When you live in hockeyland and are a hooper, travelling to see your fave teams and players comes at a big expense and with unbelievable anticipation. Until 2 weeks ago this #turdsandwich wasn’t even on the radar. Poor me rant done!
This is a happy @BrooklynNets face before we heard about games postponed. I know, “travel at your own risk, what did you think was gonna happen going to NYC in pandemic” still sux.
@WaitHereThen I know that this isn’t a solution but after a year or so (diagnosed in my early 30’s) I was able to get 6 months buffer rather than every 1-2 months.
@mearaconwayNDP Moe Dont know history. He should do some research on the 1920’s. Arthur Meighen and WLMK had some pretty wild minority govt. elections called.
This is worth 10 minutes of your time.
Dr. Wong discusses vaccines, ICU picture in Regina, Ontario’s response, paid sick leave etc.
“Getting a dose of vaccine if you get COVID is literally the difference between having the sniffles and being at home and being in a box.“
@jayjoeyqr @AHiddyCBC I wanted to point out that we have been so short sighted with decisions in this pandemic that even if edstaff get vaccinated we still need that buffer to be protected.
Calling the spouse of a young COVID-19 patient to update them on their spouse’s status and hearing the sound of baby in the background is a reminder that what we are doing is not enough/not working. Young people should never be in the ICU to start with.
