私も3人以上を扱う際にかなり苦労しております....
サウンド参照に余力を与えるため、画像参照を減らすなど（人物のリファレンスを全身と顔UPの2つにする等）、調整しながらやっていますが、参照数が増えると成功率は低いです。論文を見ると、新バージョンのSeedance 2.5ではある程度、解決しそうなので、期待しています。

The time for long-form narrative AI filmmaking is now.

This is "Plume." My longest fully GenAI short film to date.

I've been chasing this idea for years, and for the first time, I finally had the tools to tell it the way I imagined.

Written, directed, and edited by me.

The barriers are getting smaller. The stories don't have to be.

NIGHTBORNE is the first full test AI film I have made. It was made using Seedance 2.0.

I've been experimenting with AI for a couple of years, and it's now at the point where I want to tackle a full feature in this format. This is a 13-minute test start.

It was made with real concept artists, and features the faces and voices of 32 real people.

Barley Studios will be my new AI studio for creating my own films, the way Oats Studios was for traditional film and VFX. @Barleystudiosai
