@AmazonHelp I was sold a water softener with a ten year warranty on the tank. Its still listed. I called the manufacturer and they don't warranty the tank. Seller wont respond now, 7 people lied to me about an a-z claim, and now I just learned amazon wont do anything. ive been defrauded!!
