@Browpeak@tsims159@CoolITSystems Yea I wasn't too concerned about the MorphRes report at the beginning neither.
Having another flow competitor validates the tech, but imo also means that we should shift our focus from tech validation to commercial growth. That's my key point here.
@Browpeak@tsims159@CoolITSystems Fair point. Consider that $INV is the only 2ph name that retails can long, there's little alternatives to begin with.
As I said in the other reply, hopefully the new CEO could help Accelsius commercialize. That'll be the key concern for me from here in the next 6-12 mo.
@tsims159@Browpeak@CoolITSystems Kept asking you about the science and the only thing you can bring up is TDP and funding?
Showing that you know very little about the technology. What a joke. Waste of time hoping to get something meaningful from you here.
@Browpeak@tsims159@CoolITSystems ATM I'd not take funding into account bc ACT can bootstrap DC biz with their own & Blackstone $$.
Partnership/commercialization will be the key differentiator IMO. Hopefully we see meaningful customer acquisitions in next 6-12 mo. MorphRes got a point that DarkNX may not deliver
@Browpeak@tsims159@CoolITSystems Yes that's what I'm saying here. $BX could spin the DC business off from the rest of the company and try to sell the spinoff. Then it'd be a CoolIT situation.

@Browpeak@tsims159@CoolITSystems But the $BX acquisition could change the scenario. Blackstone could just spin the DC business off from the rest of the company and pull a CoolIT sale like KKR did. That's why you want to make sure that the one you long actually has edge. (3/x)
@Browpeak@tsims159@CoolITSystems While ACT doesn't have an integrated solution yet, they make their own cold plates, manifolds and CDUs (200kW/1MW), so they could also just go and create their own integrated solutions like IR150.
It'd be interesting to see if they'll shift to a solutions provider in the future

@tsims159@Browpeak@CoolITSystems Muddying the water with all the smacks only makes you a clown.
Last time I'm saying this, show me the science and research or get lost. You kept avoiding showing me legit arguments despite I repeatedly said that I'm willing to hear meaningful arguments.
@tsims159@Browpeak@CoolITSystems The only thing you've spoken so far are smacks and cultish shutdowns lol, which is getting me bored.
Have you really done any "scientific learning" and "deep research" to help you meaningfully contribute to the conversation? I'm still waiting to hear.
@tsims159@Browpeak@CoolITSystems You talk a lot of smack but sure talk empty. If this is all you can do then you're not producing meaningful discussions.
I'm still waiting to get educated by your "science knowledge" and "deep research", why the shut-up all of a sudden lol?
@tsims159@Browpeak@CoolITSystems If you've actually read my entire post you'd see that I actually did my in-person DD.
You still didn't answer why your "science knowledge" and "deep research" convinced you that even with ACT, Accelsius is still the best flow boiling solution in the market. Waiting to hear.
@tsims159@Browpeak@CoolITSystems Now since you claim that you've done "much research" and "looked into science", I'd love to hear your opinion on why Accelsius is still the #1 flow boiling solution available in the market. (7/7)
@tsims159@Browpeak@CoolITSystems But if not, why should I believe that the market would adopt Accelsius' products over ACT's, and
$JCI may acquire them eventually at a premium?
It's not like Accelsius has a better product fwik, or they have an edge on production capacity. (6/x)

It's not like Accelsius has a better product fwik, or their manufacturing capacity is better. (6/x)
