Can't believe I was on an Alaska cruise 10 years ago at this time. Such a gorgeous state/area. It was very different with it being light at Midnight during part of the trip. Something I'll never forget.
Exactly a year from today will be the 43rd Glass City Marathon. The 3 tiered goals I've set for myself for it are 1.) Run a new PR (Must beat 3:26:17 2.) Get a BQ 3.) Run under 3:00:00 The journey will be fun.
If you are a fan of Legends of The Hidden Temple, there is a solid chance you will like this level and get the 1st Clear. If not, then you might not enjoy playing it. "Legends of the Hidden Temple #2" ID: 4886-0000-039C-2164 #MarioVsZ
So many things “we” take for granted and assume we will have tomorrow or the next day. Damn man...life is precious, and not just our own. Try to make a difference. Try to be THE difference. For someone. Anyone. In some way. In ANY way.
Still hard to believe that 24 hours ago I was running in shorts and a t-shirt because it was 54 degrees with a 50 degree windchill. Now its 15 degrees with a -1 degree windchill.
When you no longer run for a team you are your own coach. Before yesterday's run I came across some mental realizations about myself with running. Now I feel mentally stronger by just not worrying about how practice runs should go, just do them and let them play out.
The first week of 2018 is officially finished. Ended up running 6 days and got 33.90 miles. I'll take it, especially with my lack of running over the past couple months and majority of 2017.
My two main running goals of 2018 are to: 1.) Get a PR in the 5k (Current PR is 17:33 at the Maumee 5k back on 7/14/2007) 2.) Run a minimum of 2,500 miles. 10+ years is tooo long of a gap not to break that time.
Just completed my first run of 2018. A nice 5 miler in the darkness of a peaceful cold. Also punched my membership into the more miles than degrees club.
@89SteveSmith @nflnetwork You were always on my team and you always started. My team name last year was even "Respect Your Seniors" Thanks for winning me games!
