@TMobileHelp (2/2) when I give them the phone number I need servicing they give me information from another line on the same account and then argue with me about how I’m wrong... why do I subject myself to such poor service? Jumping ship seems more and more viable...
@TMobileHelp I want to talk to someone about my account that can listen to what I’m saying and not give me incorrect information about my account. Your after hours outsourced call center is atrocious and needs to be fixed. (1/2)
@ChaseSupport I have a new account, And I move money from my old bank using a Money Order. I deposit it VIA ATM and it has a 7 day hold. Is there any way it will deposit sooner seeing how its a Money order from western union? I mean that's guaranteed money isn't it?
@LinusTech I really don’t want to complain but you might want to look into other options for shipping. I paid for one step up shipping and the eta has been changed twice and after 12 days I still haven’t gotten my dang water bottle. Kinda ridiculous even from Canada.
@AskCapitalOne I can’t login to my account via the iPhone or Android app. It says “ we’ve hit a snag, we are working on it, try again later”. I try again at least once a week for the last 8 months. I’ve gotten numerous late fees because of this issue
@AskCapitalOne Called today, apparently the rep said there is something wrong with my app.. right because the same application followed me from IOS to Android... I think either this problem has never happened or your reps need better training
@AskCapitalOne your Android mobile app keeps giving me a error when I try and log in. "We hit a snag, try again later" it's been two weeks trying everyday.
@TMobile you need to educate your store employees. They are removing the factory installed screen protector on the OnePlus 7 Pro, thinking that it's a shipping protector. Causing your customers to not get all accessories the manufacturer gave the customer...
@EAHelp Is origin down or are you selectively refusing access to paid content on purpose? If its down you should say something to your subscribers about the outage
@dbrand And to be 100% clear, I followed your videos to the T and still could not product satisfactory results. I watched them again incase I missed a crucial step before trying to apply the second protector but no resolve.
@dbrand Unfortunately I absolutely hate the grip case and the dust magnet screen protector. What are my Options? The case isn't "Clicky" as you describe or as much so as GripV1 was. it feels clunky at best and the screen protector could not be installed because of bubbles.
