Ben Taylor

I love education and have made the transition from the classroom to the front office. Working to be the best leader I can be for my school!

Happy Birthday to my birthday buddy @Beyonce

Got my Sanderson Secret Project #1 today! So pumped! I’ve got to go ahead and finish up the book I’m reading so I can get started on Tress of the Emerald Sea.

Huge “thank you” to @ToddWhitaker for coming up and speaking to our faculty today! I really enjoyed the simple, actionable advice blended with the humor that Todd uses. So good!

@DrP_Principal Ummm, it’s 4-day week and endless coffee - no brainer.

[Ben Taylor @Mr_Principal_BT]

@jfwong Umm… put Trigun on there. Top-tier anime but without putting a newbie through a 400+ episode series or the pain of filler episodes.

[Ben Taylor @Mr_Principal_BT]

@pennicash_ @JamesClear I might need to steal that - I love it!

Been reading Atomic Habits by @JamesClear and I have to share this gem with you all:
Every action you take is a vote for the type of person you wish to become. No single instance will transform your beliefs, but as the votes build up, so does the evidence of your new identity.

[Ben Taylor @Mr_Principal_BT]

@Queen__HoneyBee @JamesClear Yes! And you are so right - it has so many great nuggets of wisdom!

Clark County R-1 High School is honored to be one of 102 schools in the U.S. named a #CSLeader and awarded $10,000 by @codeorg to expand computer science at our school. So excited to see where this opportunity takes our students! #HourOfCode #CSLeaders

[Ben Taylor @Mr_Principal_BT]

@confizzled4 @ypastorwolf I’m so glad that this was shared as a video!

[Ben Taylor @Mr_Principal_BT]

@clerkie That’s just your love for this new endeavor - embrace it!

[Ben Taylor @Mr_Principal_BT]

@clerkie Clerkie is gonna be a beast!

[Ben Taylor @Mr_Principal_BT]

@pennicash_ The zero inbox life must be so glamorous! I’m jealous!

[Ben Taylor @Mr_Principal_BT]

@BrandSanderson @GGLehi I loved the Game Knights episode when everyone played your cube! One of my favorites and inspiring me to build a cube of my own!
I’d love to see you on Game Knights again - or Extra Turns…
You should probably conspire with Wizards for a Stormlight or Mistborn Secret Lair!
