I think most people who complain about Pearson have never flown from a European airport (or anything other than Calgary to be honest)

Okay so I took a full Air Canada flight yesterday from Paris (immigration and security was horrible at CDG)

I landed in Pearson on time, went through a crowded immigration in about 10 minutes and found my luggage waiting for me outside. The whole experience was a breeze.
