No one desires that outcome, but a nation cannot surrender its security because of fear of risk. While every innocent life is precious, allowing criminals to dictate terms to the state only encourages further abductions.
It has been over 2 weeks since 46 Nigerians were abducted, yet they remain in captivity.

At this point, the govt must understand that paying Ransom is a sign of weakness. There are times when force must be applied swiftly and decisively.
Nigerians must also recognize a difficult reality: in any rescue operation, casualties may occur.
