The Shark Tank Project is opened to all and sundry. The amount contributed so far is NGN100million and the target is to reach NGN1billion Naira and above.

This means that the door is open to allow more individuals and stakeholders join the crowd funding, you can contribute or reach out to your Father, Mother Uncle, Auntie, Your Boss or any other person that can contribute.

The bottom line of this project is to secure employment opportunities to vulnerable youth to as many as possible based on the investment that the project can finance.

For example with the NGN100million, 5 set of investment can be funded with N20million each, per investment can provide at least 20-30 employment opportunity.

20-30 employment per investment times 5 will make up to 100-150 Jobs.

Main while if the project can have up to N1billion we might think of 1000-1500 jobs created aside thousands of beneficiaries of raw materials.

Someone dies… and their shares “disappear”? No. They’re just unclaimed.

This happens a LOT in Nigeria.
Family panics. Mum can’t remember anything. Everyone assumes the money is gone.

It’s not.

Here’s the cleanest route forward 👇🏽

First truth:
Shares don’t vanish because someone died.
On the NGX, they sit quietly waiting for a legal owner to claim them.

The market doesn’t chase families. Families must chase the market.

Step one: Confirm the shares exist
Even if nobody remembers where or how they were bought.

Do TWO things:
• Search the SEC e-Dividend / unclaimed dividends portal
• Run a CSCS Global Search (via a licensed stockbroker)

This alone can reveal every stock the person owned.

No certificates? No problem.
Many Nigerian investors dematerialised years ago.
CSCS records are stronger than dusty paper certificates.

Memory fails. Databases don’t.

Next hard truth:
Nobody can touch those shares without legal authority.

Not the mum.
Not the eldest child.
Not “family meeting”.

You need:
• Letter of Administration (no will) OR
• Probate (if there’s a will)

Where does this happen?
Probate Registry of the State High Court where he lived.

Yes, it takes time.
Yes, it’s stressful.
But without it? The shares are frozen forever.

Once probate is ready…
You go to the company registrars (First Registrars, Greenwich, CardinalStone, etc).

You submit:
• Probate / Letter of Admin
• Death certificate
• IDs
• Proof of shares (from CSCS search)

This process is called TRANSMISSION.

What transmission does:
It legally moves the shares
➡️ from the deceased
➡️ to the estate or named beneficiaries.

Under SEC rules, registrars don’t argue once documents are complete.

Final step:
Open CSCS accounts for beneficiaries.
Transfer shares in.

Now they can:
• Hold
• Collect dividends
• Or sell on the NGX

Money unlocked.

Best route forward for the family:
✔ Start with CSCS global search
✔ Begin probate immediately
✔ Use a licensed stockbroker (not “my friend that trades”)
✔ Be patient, but structured

Confusion is expensive. Process saves money.

Final warning:
Unclaimed shares in Nigeria run into hundreds of billions.

Don’t let grief + ignorance turn real wealth into permanent loss.

Sallah ce da ake yi bayan sallar Isha da tsakar dare zuwa asuba, domin neman kusanci da Allah.

Yadda ake yi:
- Ana yinta raka’a 2-2 har adadin da zaka iya.
- Za ka iya yin 2, 4, 6, 8 ko fiye da haka.
- Anfi so ayi ta da tsahon karatu da tsayuwa.
- Ana kammalawa da Sallar Wutiri (raka’a 1, ko 3, ko 5...).

Lokacinta:
- Daga bayan Isha har zuwa farkon asuba.
- Lokaci mafi falala: Ƙarshen dare — wato rabin dare na ƙarshe (misali daga 2:30am zuwa asuba).

Falalarta:
1. TaNa kusan ta ka da Allah.
2. Addu’a a cikin dare bata Faduwa.
3. Farfado da ruhin Imani.
4. Tana share zunubi.
5. Yana saka mutum cikin bayin Allah na musamman.
> “Wa'ibadur Rahman allazina yamshuna... — suna kwana suna roƙon Ubangijinsu.” (Suratul Furqan: 63-64)

Abu mai sauƙi:
Idan ba zaka iya tsayuwa da yawa ba, ka yi ko 2 raka’a da niyyar Tahajjud sannan kayaiwata ambaton Allah da istigfari

Addu’a kafin ko bayan sallar dare yana da matuƙar tasiri.
