Reeta Kaushik, Principal Judge of the Family Court in Allahabad. These allegations, if true, reflect a systemic rot that undermines the very fabric of our judiciary, the pillar of justice in our democracy. In his final words, Atul laid bare the practices of bribery and coercion he faced in his legal battle. Despite naming the accused individuals, including Sm. Reeta Kaushik, the FIR registered in Bengaluru notably omits her name. This glaring omission raises questions about accountability and the impartiality of our legal system.
