Why guidelines on conducting exams are changed frequently? Its difficult for students to appear in exams due to ongoing Covid19 crisis. Why students can't be promoted/assessed on the basis of previous year results?

વગર કોઈ કારણે છોકરાઓને ક્યારેક નજરકેદ કરવાના, ક્યારેક પોલીસ સ્ટેશન બેસાડી રાખવાના, માત્ર એટલે કે તમને શક છે એ આંદોલન કરશે,એ આંદોલન કરવા જાય એ પણ બંધારણીય અધિકાર છે, પોલીસનું કામ કાનૂનનું શાસન લાગુ કરાવવાનું છે, સરકાર કહે એમ કોઈને પકડવાનું નથી. 😡
