@SingaporeAir I reported a missing item from my checked baggage on my Delhi → Melbourne flight (25/26 Feb via Singapore). I followed the email process but the case was closed without resolution.
Could someone please review this again? I’d appreciate the help.

How you even gonna find the cctv footage at this point as a proof. And I don’t even think they will have any good solution 😭

@SingaporeAir Travelled on SQ401 & SQ237 on 25 Feb (Delhi–Melb). My checked suitcase was locked, but when I got home my Versace Dylan Blue perfume ($110) was missing. No visible damage to the bag. Very disappointed. Please investigate and assist. #SingaporeAirlines #BaggageIssue

@SingaporeAir i have filed a complain and they told me they will get back to me in about 15 days time. that is a lot of time to even get the cctv footage from the airport. also i did not get any reference number either thanks
