Update replacement was done albeit took more time
The new one has all accessories .
Noticed 2 things :
1) tilt felt less for the fan head
2)looks like packaging is toned down

It’s sad that raising it to x escalated the issue and it was not straightforward as it should be

This isn’t bad service.
This is a broken sysem
This is how customers get misled and dismissed.

10/ Replacement wasn’t even approved, and no one came for return making their claim completely invalid.
They didn’t verify.

Didn’t help.

Just closed it with a fake reason.
