সাধারণ মানুষের জীবন হকারি করে চলে। সেদিকটাও দেখতে হবে।
তাই, সঠিক পরিকল্পনা নিয়ে, মানুষের পুনর্বাসনের কিংবা বিকল্প আয়ের ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে।
