@SouthwestAir I just want to know where my bags are and will they be at FLL. I also paid for an upgrade and it was not honored when flight was rebooked the 1st time. I never received my flight cancelled conformation from flight 2884 either.

@SouthwestAir after looking for my bag and asking for hours at now 2am(I been at the airport since 6pm) I back the Southwest checkin desk and the supervisor said one of my bags was at LAX and the other one is still in ATL. How did my bags get mixed up and my flight was a direct

@SouthwestAir And if we was not present at carousel 5 after waiting 3-5 hours with a hope and a wish at 1am in the morning our bags would be sent to the destination on the tag, even if @SouthwestAir and myself cancelled our flight.

@SouthwestAir ATL baggage claim representative told us that our bags will be sent to our final destinations even it we canceled and if y’all cancel our flight. We also where told if we requested our bags that we had to wait 3-5 hours at carousel 5.
