@COPRPOSTMARCH18@JustinTrudeau We are professional and alot of us had something doing. Immigrating to Canada was an option we took to seek for better opportunities. We went through the process, secure COPR after March 18th 2020, concluded on our plans to travel, and now, WE CAN'T BECAUSE OF AL. ITS NOT FAIR!
On Friday, a family with a valid CoPR wasn't allowed to board to Canada because they received approval post-March 18 2020.
Again, we are appealing to the Hon. Minister of Immigration @marcomendicino to look into allowing approved PRs to arrive in Canada & complete their landing.
Hello Minister @marcomendicino, please consider lifting the travel restrictions for Permanent Residence Candidates whose applications were approved after Mar 18, 2020.
Many are stranded outside Canada (because they are unable to land here) and would end up with expired PR docs.
