Sometimes headlines like this make us wonder about where common sense has gone. Yes!! Of course outdoor fun (and taking some level of risk) is fundamental for growth and wellbeing. https://t.co/Z23Bq6TnmA
You don’t have to build confidence before taking action. You build confidence by taking action.
Standing still breeds rumination and seeds self-doubt. Motion fuels progress and elevates efficacy.
Never let doubts about your ability undermine your faith in your ability to learn.
Thrilled to learn from friend of @branksomehall@profwendycraig. Always offering solution-based feedback, Wendy shared strategies for parents and educators can combat post-pandemic poor wellbeing to ensure students know they matter thru supportive relationship actions.

Winter break is finally here and it's time to unplug. Research shows that "pervasive connectivity" can take a toll on mental and physical health—and that's amplified for teachers. Here ways to set better boundaries. 🧡
In 2012, a British couple, John and Frances Canning, sent a lighthearted invitation to Queen Elizabeth II for their wedding, which was taking place at the Manchester Town Hall on the same day the Queen was visiting the city. Final morning & wrapping things up for my time at @branksomehall - glad to be able to do so working from home today. It’s been a tremendous 8 years. Too many people to thank there but recorded on my podcast some special thank you’s to those that transcended colleagues and became friends. 😊
So proud to have learned from you as long as I had the privilege, MIP. Your impact will be felt for many, many years to come. Thrilled for you in the next adventure. Will be certainly looking around corners for you in January, though. You will be missed!
Previous share out was via Spotify, this one via Apple: This week’s podcast is out, titled The Big Goodbye, as I transition from Branksome Hall. Also talk about the importance of reflecting through journaling and an app that helps me carry out deep work. https://t.co/Y4euZ8tEVh

Good read and trends. Like the idea that “Today’s social learning can happen anywhere and everywhere through virtual platforms and interactive technology, uniting people” #trueleadership#leadershipDevelopment#leaders https://t.co/e0juxxZG1g
Always a treat 2 write 4 @branksomehall's READ mag. I loved working on this tribute to the late, great BHS math teacher Edwina Baker. When, even more than now, math was viewed as daunting for girls, Edwina made the subject fun. https://t.co/KjEiM4gAkP
