Problem with contact tracers is an extreme lag in notification from an exposure which is resulting in transmission before people realize they had been exposed and are in fact positive...
@jana_thorn@realreporter Contagion risk is proportional to proximity, time, ventilation, mask usage, activity and location (indoors vs outdoors). Can the app can differentiate among all these factors the way a human contact tracer can? If not, it's a blunt and potentially misleading instrument.
